Jim's Roots

Jim has always been at home among the fields. His partnership in McLaughlin Farms and his experience with Palmerston Elevators reflect his lifelong commitment to farming. His involvement in C&M Seeds showcases his broader impact on the agricultural community.

JR’s Path Home

After college, JR returned to the land he loves. He started his own farming business and joined the family's farming efforts, strengthening the ties to his roots.

Chris's Journey

Chris's early years on the farm led him to a career in glass, but the pull of the land brought him back. He eventually found his way back home to pursue a future in farming.
